Holly-Hunter
Holly Hunter is a well-known American actor, producer and director. Her name has been acknowledged for movies like Broadcast News The Firm The Piano The Incredibles and The Incredibles. Her movie Piano won her an Oscar. Early on, the accomplished actress began acting on stage in various Broadway or Off-Broadway shows. Since her school days she played Helen Keller in a play during the 5th grade. Mumps led her to lose her hearing in one of her ear, however this did not stop her from pursuing her dream. She studied drama at college before moving from Pittsburgh and moved to New York City to follow her dream. After a casual encounter, she was stuck in an elevator alongside the playwright Beth Henley and the two collaborated in the Broadway Crimes of the Heart that became Hunter's debut. The first time she appeared in a film was after she relocated in Los Angeles. For the past 30 years she's appeared in numerous TV shows and films. Holly Hunter has a Hollywood Walk of Fame actress as well as the Women in Film Lucy Award.
